Section 20 — Warranty

Thank you for your interest in Caliente's products. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from Caliente.

What does this warranty cover? This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, Caliente will repair or replace, free of charge, products found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

How long does coverage last? The warranty period is [ e.g. 2 years ] from the date of purchase. A replacement item assumes the remaining warranty of the original item, or the same period from the date of replacement — whichever is longer.

What isn't covered? This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside our control.

What should you do? To obtain warranty service, contact our customer service team first to determine the issue and the best solution.

Section 21 — Shipping Origin & Priority Shipping

To offer competitive prices and a wide product range, some items may be shipped directly from central warehouses, including locations outside the EU where applicable.

We are always responsible for ensuring your order is delivered safely and within the promised timeframe, regardless of shipping origin. All deliveries comply with applicable EU consumer law, giving you full rights to complaints, returns, and refunds as provided by law.

Priority Shipping + Shipping Insurance: When selecting Priority Shipping with Insurance, your order is processed with priority and shipped the next business day. This service includes shipping insurance, covering damage, loss, or significant delay in transit — a replacement will be sent at no extra cost once confirmed with our shipping partner. Please note this service speeds up handling and adds protection, but does not guarantee an exact delivery date.

Section 22 — Returns, Complaints & Cancellations

Returns To return an item, please contact our Customer Service team first at Hello@Calienteathens.com.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns — you remain responsible for the item until it reaches us. Products sent cash-on-delivery are not accepted. Please keep your receipt and tracking number, as we cannot process a refund without this information.

Complaints Caliente is committed to your satisfaction and to delivering high-quality products. If you need to make a complaint about a product, please contact our customer service team with relevant order details.

For a product to be considered defective, the defect must be original — meaning it existed at the time of purchase, even if it only becomes noticeable later. Items are not considered defective if the fault resulted from misuse.

In the event of a valid complaint, Caliente covers shipping costs, including any replacement delivery.

Cancelling an Order To cancel an order, contact our customer service team in writing at Hello@Calienteathens.com, including your order number.

A cancellation is only valid once confirmed by our customer service team. If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our Exchange & Return Policy.

Mailbox / Unsigned Delivery Services For deliveries made without a signature requirement, we're unable to take responsibility for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If you'd prefer added security, choose a signature-required or home delivery option, or contact us before purchase to arrange this.
