Exchange & Return Policy

At Caliente, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items under the following terms.

Exchanges

• Return Deadline: Items can be exchanged within 14 business days of receiving your order.
• Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange Process: Contact our customer service team by phone, social media, or email to register the new item(s) you'd like to receive. We'll guide you through sending your original parcel back to us.
• General Terms: Discount coupons don't apply to exchanges. Any item selected as part of an exchange is charged at the eshop's price at the time the exchange is completed.

Right of Withdrawal

In line with consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason needed.

To exercise this right, simply notify us within the 14-day window. Once you've done so, please return the item to us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after your notification. Items must be sent back well packaged, in good condition, and in their original box.

Refunds

• Return Deadline: Items can be returned for a refund within 14 business days of receipt.
• Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Return Cost: Return shipping is covered by the customer.
• Return Process: Contact our customer service team to receive the return address.
• General Terms: If an item isn't returned in its original condition, we'll let you know a refund isn't possible and return the parcel to you at your expense. If you choose to use a courier other than the ones we recommend, that shipment is also at your own cost.
