Delivery to Your Place

We ship your Caliente order quickly and safely, wherever you are.

We've partnered with trusted couriers across Greece — including ACS, BoxNow, and DHL, among others — to make your deliveries as fast and smooth as possible. International shipments are handled by DHL.

Please note: order processing and deliveries do not take place on weekends or official holidays.

Tracking Your Order

You'll always receive an automatic order confirmation as soon as your order is placed, followed by an email with delivery details once your package has shipped. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or other inbox tabs — it's probably hiding there.

Once shipped, you can use your tracking number to follow your package's journey on our Tracking page.

Your package will be delivered to your mailbox or door. If delivery isn't possible for any reason, it will be left at your nearest post office, and you'll be notified by email or text.

Greece — Shipping

Orders placed on our eshop are dispatched within 1–3 business days, with delivery carried out according to the courier's timeline, straight to your door.

• Free shipping throughout Greece on orders over €49.99

• Your order is confirmed within 1–2 working days, depending on when it was placed.
• Delivery takes 1–3 working days from order confirmation.
• If there's a delay due to product availability, we'll let you know right away with an updated delivery time.
• In the case of a refund, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
• We aim to deliver within the times above, but exact dates aren't guaranteed, as deliveries are handled by our courier partners.
• We're unable to change the delivery address once an order has already shipped.
• If your order hasn't arrived, please allow up to 20 business days before contacting customer service.
